1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the lu99 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between lu99 ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By visiting the lu99 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The lu99 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. When opening an account you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request identification for age verification at any time. Registering with false information will result in immediate account cancellation and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If more than one member of the same household uses separate accounts, lu99 support must be notified.

2.3 Accurate Information

At registration you must provide your real name, correct date of birth and valid contact details. lu99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or incomplete information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify lu99 support immediately.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus is available once only and one per family, device or IP address per account.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means the total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 15 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses must be used only for the purpose for which they were given.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• More than one bonus cannot be active on an account at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to manipulate the system is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• lu99 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

lu99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. A member's VIP tier progression depends on their gaming activity and relationship with the platform.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Gaming Services

5.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during gameplay, the game result will be determined according to lu99's server records. lu99 will not be liable for losses caused by faults in game software or servers.

6.2 Closure by the Member

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, both parties agree to settle the dispute through neutral mediation. These Terms are not governed by the law of any specific jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Services

lu99 reserves the right to change, limit or discontinue its services, gaming portfolio, payment methods or promotional offers at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible for significant changes.

13. General Provisions

• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
• Any delay by lu99 in exercising its rights under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• Members may not transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement to any other party without lu99's prior written consent.
• The Bengali version of these Terms is the officially binding version.
